1. Returns
Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been installed, customized, or altered
- Sale or clearance items unless they are defective
2. Refunds
