All products purchased from SmartLock.co.ke come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.


Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty electronics (e.g., fingerprint sensor issues, battery faults)
  • Mechanical malfunction (e.g., deadbolt or motor failures)

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Battery replacements

  3. Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund the product based on the case.
