All products purchased from SmartLock.co.ke come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty electronics (e.g., fingerprint sensor issues, battery faults)
- Mechanical malfunction (e.g., deadbolt or motor failures)
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Battery replacements
